While others struggle to move to 20 nm Toshiba Corporation today announced that it has developed the world's first 15-nanometer (nm) process technology, which will apply to 2-bit-per-cell 128-gigabit...

How long will they last without power? That is the question. At such low nm energy leaks would be much bigger. 19nm already lasts only year or two without power.
