Cool idea but I have a feeling it would last 10 seconds before I lost it

My last radio controlled helicopter lasted about 15 seconds before it shot up into the clouds, got caught in a gust of wind and flew off never to be seen again

Its actually an NSA operation:
1.Make cool flying toy
2.People buy
3.People turn them on and have fun for a few
4.NSA take over control underr the guise of hard to fly and bad weather and bam! new drone in operation in your area, an your none the wiser.
