Just 8 Days to go before the launch event. The 5C looks nice.... Its external design adopts heavily from Lumia 620.... I hope they price it well

Depends how much they price 5C for. I dont see it being anything 400 and thats not cheap. Also back looks so bad, like a really cheap shiny plastic. If i was an iphone guy,i would go for 5S and wouldnt bother 5C

You happen to be a Sammy guy instead.

The idea of the new iphone being plastic is to reduce costs due to high competition.

It should cost around 300. Anything higher would be absurd.

I'll be sticking with my 5, but it will be nice to see how the 5S compares to the more recent Android offerings.

I somehow doubt that the C will be sub 300, but if it is, it'll sell well, I guess. Maybe not in the UK, where majority take out contracts and you can get any top device free on contracts. BTW IcE, if you haven't tried Android 4.3 you should. It's silky!

The back cover look a lot like on Lumia 520 (which does feel really durable and nice for the price but knowing Apple it will probably crack badly if you drop it). It is going to be overpriced for sure. Probably just iPhone 5 in plastic shell.

The lower end model looks really really bad to be honest. (my point of view) Looks like a slightly modified iPhone 3GS shell with colors like the Nokia Lumia.

Though i am curious to see how the new iPhone will perform.

Nah i think they'll keep the Retina Display on the 5C but will cut down on probably the Ram, Older Cpu (A6 instead of A6x), Memory capacity, Camera etc to give advantage to 5S

I have doubts that it will be equivalent internally to the 5. Probably the 4S with the same 4 inch screen. I'll be surprised if the 5S doesn't have a bigger (~4.5 inch) screen.

Yeah maybe with A5 chip of the 4S........ But i dont see 5S having bigger than 4 inch screen.... If it had it would have already leaked by now

Well 5S will be the usual price but 5C wont be "cheap" model compare to the rest of the market, it will only be cheap compare to 5S

Rumor mill thinks the 5c will have retina display and use the A6 CPU. I guess we'll find out for sure on the 10th.

If that's true the 5C will be the $99 phone the 4S will be the free phone or not exist anymore and the 5S will be the $199 phone I can't see then making the 5 and the 5C at the same time.
