my Pcmark2002 ram score is around 1000 with a 1000mhz pc and 2 x 128meg pc133 sd ram... every1 elses is like 2000+ is it faulty ram?? i get a few lockups 2

Yeah should be higher than that. Try a higher FSB or AGP transfer rate or replace the RAM. I recommend Crucial PC2100 it is cheap but OK.

Yeah id go with a MICRON manufactured DDR, bc theyre cheap and very nice to use aggressive timing with... Crucial, Spectek, and a lot of others are "economical" (LOL) ram choices. I like the fact that they offer a lifetime warranty for most Micron system ram... I know Crucial and Spectek are lifetime at one store by me(not sure if its a store thing tho) but i know that they offer at least a 1 yr warranty...

As for PC133 stuff i dont know a lot about it anymore... havent used it in a while

I definatley recommend DDR tho... GL man!
