ASRock Z77 Extreme3 (Rs. 9000). Cheapest overall would be ASRock Z75 Pro3, Z77 Pro3 (Rs. 8000). But they might not be as good at overclocking.

I would suggest the Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H. I just ordered one, along with an i5 3570K. This board offers alot of bang for the buck. Just be aware that this motherboard has no USB 2.0 ports. However, the two intel ports are backwards compatible to 2.0. If your case does not have USB 2.0 ports, just be sure to use the two intel USB ports for your keyboard and mouse when intsalling windows.
