It's part of the game if you pre-order....well except it's broken for many.
Examples:
Ranger mode, and book does not show up for many who pre-ordered on Steam. Myself included.

In game resolution is broken for nearly everyone using either single monitors using HDMI or multiple monitors with at least one connected via HDMI. The game defaults to a resolution of 1440x****. If you try to access the in game resolution the game crashes and changes your desktop to the funky in game resolution. Supposedly a hot fix is on the way. Currently, unplayable for many.

If you like the first, you'll like this one. Smooth as silk with 680 GTX using 3D. FPS take a hit, but I'm still getting a steady 30 fps. 45-60 fps with 3D off and everything maxed out.
