I can't get Arma 3 to work it's crashing constantly most of the time it's crashing on launch and once in a while when it doesn't crash on launch on launch it crashes on loading in.

Does it show any sort of error?

i had issues with my recon3d drivers causing game to crash after first load screen so i removed my soundcard and installed onboard sound and had no problems, since they released the small patch ive gone back to recon3d and the game is running fine
so try updating your onboard sound drivers
