Nope, stop downloading and running stuff you shouldn't.

Also, delete the reference to it in
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
And you may want to check your firewall for any references to it as well.

And I found a couple more tidbits of info
    .
"It's actually a cheap C# miner from HackForums. It costs approx $15 and it's intended to be fully undetectable (the downloaded part). It's mostly used by script kiddies so I wouldn't worry too much."

"So far from googling people have found it with Crysis 3 and Tombraider"
What the poster didn't add was that these are the "cracked" versions of these games.

Nowadays you don't really need it on client side, except when you're running games that were programmed with java (like minecraft), then you obviously need the virtual machine.
It's more common in the server side world.

Just delete the "iehighutil.exe" entry. Looks like you don't have to worry about it though.

This. Its very widely used for coding front ends to databases and such. Java Enterprise Edition is very popular for that kind of stuff. Lots of knowledge of Java EE (and C#) can get you many job opportunities.

For the every day stuff its only used on some webs with Java Web Start, but scripting languages have such a broad scope nowadays that plenty of web applications can run out of HTML5, Flash, Javascript and so on, without requiring the "power" of running code on a client JVM.
