You have to read the context help for it. Help system is provided not just for fun.

Yeah, I had thought before, but I do not understand English, to speak to you am using google translate, and would be nice if any of you can translate what the context indicates.
I ask this question because two days ago, I had enabled this option, and have suffered bad results, as FPS drop and artifacts.
Now I disabled this option, and so far it works well, for now, no FPS drops and no artifacts.
I could tell if these poor results have been caused by having that option enabled?

Placebo. Low-level hardware interface is not supported at all for Keplers.

I agree on readme, nobody ever reads them .
I DL AB user manual, maybe that should be updated as its old AB (/o power slider ) and update for few card info . I image new Titan would have new features of 3.0 .

OK, thank you very much for the reply.
Then I can rest easy knowing that these artifacts have been produced by having this option ENABLE.
