So What do you people do before going sleep at night?

As the title says I brush my teeth, turn the lights off, watch tv for bit until I feel really sleep and put sum blanket on then lights out what about you? Sounds kinda sad but that is life lol

Check last communcations with members, check email, check shipping manifests invoices and tracking information... then go to sleep.... takes a couple hrs to do it all so I must actually be aware of time before doing it all..

I find it easier to sleep if the TV is on quiet so I set the satellite box to switch off in 1/2hr.
This makes the screen power down as well.

I just.... live life and do anything I have to do that night until I feel like sleeping. Then travel to dreamlands.

I turn off the lights, plug my phone into a usb cable that leads to a usb wall charger, pull back the covers on my bed, get in, cover myself up, some nights i hit my head on the draws next to my bed -_-, then i lay on a random side and try to sleep as hard as i can till i am asleep.

There is also some vitamin pill/protein powder taking these days since i'm doing alot of training at the moment.

Weird thread though, not sure if it's asking about the boring, but important work related things like checking you have clothes and setting alarms, or if they think people get up to anything dodgy.

I get maybe 30 mins - 1 hour TV time after getting the kids off to sleep and catching up on some work. I find as soon as I start to relax I get tired.
