Yay! It doesn't mention whether those fixes are only for 7xxx or across the board, but still... yay!
Is the HDMI driver issue fixed as well? I think that got fixed with 13.1 WHQL but I'm not sure.

I'm going in Skyrim to check it out thoroughly. Be right back!
Specifically, I'm going in Whiterun Stable and start wandering.

Well they've refixed the half/full floating point processing in MPC-HC, which they broke in 13.1. So that's good so far.
The problem with bad decoding of H.264 in certain videos is still present unfortunately. That was introduced in the betas before 13.1.

I never noticed they stuffed up the half floating point processing in MPC, always used to use full processing before changing over to madVR (currently v0.85.8) which appears to work flawlessly now.

Same as 13.1, my twin 5870s still have flickering textures in Skyrim when in Crossfire mode. Can't I have one driver that works with Skyrim & Crossfire at the same time without either crippling slowdowns or textures going mad?

Civilization 4
Black flickering - Not observed in quick, but intensive 30 minute gameplay
Skyrim:
Black flickerspot - nothing at all
White flickerspot - fixed previously (2 hours ago). vcredist packages removed, last WHQL reinstalled. 13.2beta 3 installed. and white flickerspot is clear
"Facial flicker" also known as "skin flicker" when game character fades out/in. Still present
Witcher 2 EE:
No type of flickering observed. (black, white, transparency)
Flickering which was observed is also present with different cards.
World of Tanks:
No flickering observed yet. "Battle starts" however is still blinking. Have to re-test with different GPU.
To be tested:
Starcraft II
I will keep my final verdict to the future, but... the main problem seems to be fixed.

Why is there no chipset driver in this package?
