AMD 7450 Drivers

I am trying to help a friend install the latest drivers on his computer and the latest beta drivers will not install. The issue is the card is made by HP or has HP bios with a funky device ID which I believe is not in driver INI file. The newest driver on the HP website is 8.96x something. Could someone help me out and add support for AMD 7450 GPU to the latest 12.11 beta 11 or even the whql that are coming out today..

I don't know how much help this is but here is te device id from DXdiag.

Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_677B&SUBSYS_24961462&REV_00

I can gather any other info that is needed. I did find a guide of how to do this but the guide was using 2 regular AMD drivers and copying and lasting between the 2. The problem I had when following the guide is the HP driver doesn't leave a folder how the regular AMD driver does.

Have you tried 12.10? That is what I use on my Dell with a HD5650. If no luck, then you may have to stick with HP drivers (which I can imagine are criminally outdated).
