Do we have a new version of RBE on the horizon? Or is there still no way for me to make a custom vBIOS?

Check TechInferno, they have a replacement for RBE in development.

@Asder, is there a changelog? Thanks for the upload.

I tried the Linux version on Xubuntu 13.10 (latest stable kernel and packages as of today) with the stable 13.12 fglrx driver (patched ACPI stuff to work) and some Hawaii GPUs in the system (actually 5 of them, but no other GPUs, neither in the CPU, nor integrated to motherboard) and even as root user, I got an "Adapter not found" message when I asked for an adapter identification.

I really don't want to use DOS, because this Gigabyte motherboard is extremely picky when it comes to booting from USB. And installing Windows only for this would be an even bigger overkill.

Could somebody please provide an updated version of the Linux flashing tool?

Good question about RBA. I would like to check if it is possible to mod hd7790 into r7 260x but my hd7790 is 1GB and most of r7 260x gpus are 2GB and I have no idea how to modify bios to make it support 1GB less.

Anyway, is flashing hd7790->r7 260x possible and not bricking gpu? Anyone tried it?
