My brother has a PNY GF4 Ti4600 he manages about 11500 3dmarks at the moment i can get about 4500 with my GF2 GTS PRO, but i have ordered my self a new shiny gainward gf4 Ti4200 64MB, my specs are
XP1600
256 MB DDR
40.41 drivers
He has bet me that i wont be able to get 10,000 3d marks when i put my ti4200 in, do you think i can? and should i take the bet, yes it is for money but not a lot!
Thanks

You won't be able to.
My 128MB 4600, 512MB of RAM, with a 1600+ @ 1900+ gets 10,200
That's a FSB overclock too

i just been overclockin but it gave me problems, but i managed to get 4600 out of a GF2 GTS PRO without being overclocked but it wouldnt complete while being overclocked which is wierd cuz i used to run it overclocked with the same hardware fine except now i have a lot more cooling, blowholes and a Tt Volcano 7+.

64 mb cards use faster memory.
So push the clocks up to the 4600 ones BUT be carefull.
If you are using WinXP put the aperature size to 256MB in your BIOS.

thanks i think i will push it till i get 10,000 marks and maybe put a Tt Geforce 4 cooler on it or slap an nice meaty cpu cooler on it.
Thanks for the advice and wot difference does the AGP aperature size make? cuz i have never noticed a difference.

There's a really good thread on AGP Aperture over in the General Hardware forum. The 'best' value ranges from system to system
