Quiet USB External Hard Drive? -

Hi,
I am looking for a 1 or 2TB External USB HDD to store movies and music on for playback on my BD Player.
I am very interested in the 'Western Digital Elements 1TB Portable USB 3.0/2.0 Hard Drive'
Available for about £60
However, my concern is, as I often watch movies late at night when it is very quiet, and, quite frankly the most noise that comes form my PC is this horrid loud HDD noise, I have both of them set to spin down after 5 minutes and it is so lovely when they do! so, just how loud are these external hard drives? this will be my first one.
USB 3.0 is nice also, so I can copy files from my PC to the USB HDD faster.
Are there any others I should consider? that are QUIET as well as decent?
Thanks

I've just bought the 4TB Hitachi Touro USB 3 drive.
Its so quiet, I'm surprised.
Even when copying from 2 different drives to it at the same time I cant hear it.
Its not the Touro Pro, they use a faster spinning drive and may be audible,
They do 1TB and 2TB versions of this drive.

I could not decide between building a storage server or a NAS, so in the mean time I decided to go with the My Book 3TB from WD, read all good stuff about it, should look for it too and compare.

Thanks very much went with the Hitachi 2TB as it should do what I want it to do just as well, and for cheaper.
I only wish to copy movies and music to the drive, and plug it into my Blu Ray player USB port.
