Vapor Chamber been around for a while now. I pretty sure if it worked any better than all the CPU Coolers around now they would have applied it ages ago.

Applied it...on what?
Sapphire already use it on their Vapor-X GPU's - it's the best cooler they have....actually it's prob the best cooler available for any 7xxx card.
My GPU hits 60c max with a 250Mhz core OC.....I'd def buy a Vapor-X CPU cooler.
