I think they demanded 600€ in damages for downloading that one album, which the girls father had refused to pay which resulted in police coming to his house and search for some stuff.

Also that artist, Chisu, prolly made some kind of statement at her facebook later about what she thinks. I did not even bother finding out what she thinks.

Chisu mentioned that she doesn't want to file a lawsuit against her fans. But really this crap TTVK thing is just taking justice in to it's own hands it's just criminal business... Them artists and whatnot won't get anything of the 600€ anyways.

Well she has been pretty damn prominent in the resent years of course she doesn't compare to things like nightwish and that sort of stuff but she has been doing this music business for way shorter time too.

Firstly, the company/ copyright owners have a perfectly respectable right to pursue anyone for taking their copy.

Secondly, the parents failed to monitor what their child was doing online.

Go catch the uploaders!! and the site owners! and not the users at home! if i find a 100 euro bill on the floor, am i stealing someone..? How do you explain that a movie or a music album is available for download on a torrent before it's released...? Don't blame the home users on that... go catch the guy who did it on the publisher!
