Maybe, but having not played Crysis 3 I can't know for sure

Though I did enjoy Crysis 1 more than Crysis 2, played 1 countless times, 2 however I've only completed the once lol

Is it going to tessellate a cube in the game into 40000 cubes for no reason other than to deteriorate performance on AMD cards like Crysis 2 did?

It's that I don't get the need to change characters' faces so much. The same happened to Desmond Miles in the Assassin's Creed series. Each game he's a different guy.

Its Psycho, the game is set 28 years after Crysis so he has aged a bit. I thnk they should of used the same actor though.

There is another version of this video with a dev commentary that tells you it is set several decades later.

Visually this spanks every previous Crysis game, gameplay wise i'm not so sure on yet.

Psycho wasnt in Crysis 2 so you didnt miss anything. The suit was supposed to be leathal to the user though so i dont know how Psyho is alive.

They probably brought him back because fans complained that he wasnt in Crysis 2, i am not complaing though he is the best character in the franchise.

They released a comic about what happend betwean 1 and 2, you will have to buy them but you can get an overview here http://crysis.wikia.com/wiki/Crysis_comic

I never liked the music, had to turn that off straight away in 2, no doubt have to do that again in 3.

It's not that it's bad, it's just annoyingly distracting, like a kid jumping up and down trying to draw attention to itself.

not bad at all, seems like they're trying to blend Crysis 1 and 2 somehow and from the video i have to say looks fun, as for the graphics i'm a big fan of the cryengine 3, the outdoors looks very good with excellent effects (explosions) and i liked the water effects (dx11?).

all in all, i'm looking forward to this game.

Feb /Mar 2013, yes i imagine it'll be highly polished when it appears, they done some online play with an Alpha build a short while ago and released a patch laters for it which helped smooth the beast out a little.
It'll have everything a dx11 candy man could wish for, except PhysX.
