Uhm...the difference in price between the 660 Ti and 670 is like 6 pounds so thats a dumb question is it worth paying the extra since the Gtx670 is only 2-5% slower then Gtx680, and if properly overclocked you can even outperform Gtx680, so I would strongly suggest the 670.
Of course I would like to add I strongly suggest to take 670 since it would be an overkill for 1920*1080p single monitor solution, for anything above that on a single monitor it would be ok, and for dual or triple monitor setups it would be a no go...
EDIT: I did notice that 660Ti is superclocked and has a 3Gb of RAM, but I would still go for a 670 with 2 gigs, but only under one condition I mentioned above, that you mean to game on single monitor and at 1920*1080p max...

670 as long as the warranty is the same as a new one. If you aren't sure about the warranty, then AMD offerings at that price range will offer more performance.

None....radeon 7950 or radeon 7970. Best value out atm though all high end cards from either company will gladly chomp through everything easily enough at 1080p

I'm running BL2 with PhysX on medium just fine. Honestly, there aren't enough games to justify the premium of a 670 right now simply for PhysX in my opinion. The vast majority of games I (and I imagine most people) play don't use it. While the 670 listed is cheap, it's a refurb reference card which might lack warranty. The 660 ti's are hugely over priced in the UK, being more expensive than both the 7950 and 7870, despite the 7870 being around the same speed.
For that price you could pick up a 7950 non-reference such as the Vapor X or Windforce new, and have a pretty good chance of clocking it to match (and often surpass) a 670/680. You'd also get the never settle bundle. Saying you dislike the games, sell them on to save even more against the purchase of the card.

Although you may decide to go Nvidia, never outlook AMD. There is a 7870 DirectCUII on Overclockers at the moment for £180!
Edit - strange the Overclockers site is blacklisted
