After renaming the Fermi Cards nvidia just rereleased the the cards with new names.

yeah, bastards, i just got my asus G75VW-T1028D, with the gtx670m (i knew it was fermi based) but i didn't expect them to release any other mobile gpu's base on kepler..

edit:
i'm curious if asus will release new g75 with the new gpu's, and if in the future i will be able to grab a new gtx675mx.

i looked in my laptop and it seems that the gpu is not soldered, so it's a chance i can replace it in the future if this gtx670m will start to have problems..i guess is worth spending 200-300$ on a new gpu ten on a new laptop..

You gain about 20 - 50% depending on the benchmark.

Best to hunt MX versions, with a die shrink they are clearly faster (Kepler architecture).

I am getting a new gaming laptop and wondering which one to get? I agree and I think the GTX 670MX or 675MX probably the best to get because of the newer architecture. The 675M is pretty powerful too even though it's a bit older. I have a question though, if I get a new laptop with a 1366x768 monitor LED display should I just get like a GTX 660M gpu on it and save some money because I most likely won't really need much more? Such as this laptop:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...410&CatId=3998

or should I just get something like:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...ku=M452-173404

or

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...783&CatId=4935

???
