If they made a backlit one where you can choose the colour (with profiles) and an LCD, rolling volume control, like the Logitech G19...
Heck, give me a G19 with these keys please!

I still can't get over the entrance fees for some of these mechanical keyboards. For $150 my keyboard better make me coffee in the morning and type itself.

Then again, it is a luxury item for a reason.

You can buy a mechanical keyboard for around $80, or maybe less - for example Razer Blackwidow.

They're probably just cherry MX brown keys, like in the razer blackwidow stealth or many other keyboard options on the market that are cheaper.

I have a leopold MX brown tenkeyless 'otaku', I got it for $100 and its a great board I added soft landing pads and its no louder than any generic keyboard here in my office.

For anyone wanting a mechanical keyboard, I would recommend the Leopold series boards.
They are placed in a medium price range ($100) and come in MX blue, reds, or browns.
Before after about a week or two of work with a standard dell keyboard it would lose its feel, after 3-6 weeks it would deteriorate even further, and be nearly unusable after 2-4 months.

I compared my typing speed, on a 3 months old dell keyboard I got about 55wpm, I brought out a brand new identical model board and I went up to 70wpm.
I get 70-80wpm speed on my leopold and it has not lost its feel after 6 months.

In the long term, I believe the mechanical boards are a much better investment than a cheap rubber dome style, the mechanical ones will last years without losing the tactile feel.

Time for a review/compare article between this one and the Razor silent mechanical keyboard.... I want to buy one but where can I find out which one works better AND which one is really quieter?

That one and this one : http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-keyb...imate-stealth/

Geeze, and I thought I posted some crap. I really wanted to have a go at him too. Oh well.

The keyboard looks interesting enough, but backlit would be an absolute bonus.
