Iīm having problems also.

When thereīs lot of enemies the FPS drop. The problem is that the game runs exactly the same when I disable SLI.

So this probably a problem with the SLI profiles.

^^ Or a CPU bottleneck? Can't rule it out. Probably drivers though.

I have 2 x 680GTX and I get dips into 50-60fps which is bad for 120hz gaming.. people who claim it runs fine are bs'n or 60hz gamers..

I have 2 GTX 580s in SLI and I get a steady 60 fps except for times when there is a ton on screen. For instance looking over a large area with a ton of structures/enemies on the screen. It'll go down to the 50s. I don't know if that should be happening but it does.

Yeah, I don't know what the cause would be. Turning off SSAO helps, but it still shouldn't really matter.

what surprises me is that a gtx 670 can't handle physx and high settings of borderlands 2!!!!! you ask yourself a question, how much laziness have the devs been up.

If it takes a 680 or more to run these kinda effects then so be it, i hope this is only the beginning of a trend, i'd like an excuse to throw another card in the mix.
Imagine the game with hi res textures, and some dx11 effects (HDAO like in Max payne3 maybe?), i dunno where the tessellation would fit in...sorry i started talking about BL2 there just be clear.
But sure this is news to me, i thought a 670 would be ok, it's all that AA you fellas go for.

OK, finally downloaded the game and gave it a quite runthru on my 2nd rig -
AMD FX8120 @3.7ghz
Asus Crosshair V Formula
8GB OCZ LV DDR3 1600mhz
2x GTX670 SLi (FW306.23)
Seasonic SS-850AT PSU
64bit Win7 Pro SP1

I will run it with FRAPS later, was excited to run it and forgot to enable FRAPS. All I can say it, it felt smooth at max setting @1080P. I was expecting a BSOD or something due to the FX proc, but it ran just fine, Will play more with FRAPS and report back with a rough framerate.

Hi,

I have 2 GTX 680 cards, odd thing is that both cards are not used all the time, using Precision it shows my second card is used more than the first one (could be a software bug) Cards run at about 50%, and sometimes drop lower. Run game on all the highest settings, with the latest drivers. Havent had any lags, but it looks like either the game is not optimised or the drivers need tweaking, as the cards should be used 100% so we can use our expensive hardware to its full capabilities.

Thatīs not the point.

The game is playable but we all expect more than just "playable".

Personally, Iīve spent 480€ on these 2x 660 to achieve even higher performance than one GTX 680 (i used to had one).

There are people here with Sli 680, Tri sliīs systems that have spent a LOT of money so they donīt play games with a "playable" status.

So, itīs a pain in the ass when you have this high performance systems and they arenīt put to the use. Even more when itīs a major hit game like Borderlands 2.

Although I haven't launched fraps yet, disabling sli makes the game actually run smoother in some particular scenes. So there's something definitely wrong here.
Still "playable" but no, not happy at all...

(1080p, maxed out settings and physx high)

Let's hope for an updated sli profile soon.

My wife has one 580,runs the game at 1920x200 maxed, including physx with no problems. 306.23 drivers. You can always try a few older drivers. won't hurt.
