Unless you flash bios that increase voltage to 1.21V or LN2 bios for even more voltage ;-)

So in other words I better stick to 2.2.3 since I'm running 2 gtx 680 lightnings on ln2 bios (original "good" bios) at max voltage without mod that is 93+ mv, ~1370 core / ~ 6800 memory?

I cannot resize the settings window this creates problems for people that use monitors below 1080P.

Does this add voltage control for the 7970 ghz bios?

Unfortunately voltage control doesn't work on Palit Jetstream GTX 680.
Perhaps I need a MSI card

The Afterburner 2.2.4 can't support AMD GHz edition yet.

What about for lightning and PE users? Can they still adjust voltage beyond 1.175?

If I understood correctly no, hence I'll stick with 2.2.3 for a while.

2.2.4 causes a crash in most games at startup on Windows 8 RP. Disabling Afterburner allows games to run fine.

Games that crashed:
-Skyrim
-Grid
-Crysis
-Portal 2
-Left 4 Dead 2

Games that didn't crash:
-Bit.Trip Beat
-Bit.Trip Runner

Those were the only games I tested it with. I'm just some dude with a bunch of games, so I can't exactly do an exhaustive test for what games work, what ones don't, and what exactly is causing the problem. It seems to be DirectX related, though.

Installed 2.2.4 yesterday and have noticed the following issues so far:
[video card used: HIS IceQ Radeon 7870 GHz Edition, p/n H787Q2G2M]

1. The new Kombuster test "Flurry and Tessy Test (GL4)" creates 3 nearly full-screen black artifacts upon starting the test. This occurs at STOCK speeds and voltages, underclocked, or overclocked. Even tried it underclocked and over-volted, same issue.

2. Attempting to start Catalyst Control Center [12.8 - I have CAP 3 installed, FWIW] makes the driver have an error and force recovery. This is preceded by full-screen distortion/artifacts (wavy lines, dots, etc.) before the driver recovery. One time I tried this, it turned my screen fully white and I had to hard-reset via the case panel reset button. This driver recovery occurs when attempting to open CCC even if AfterBurner has been completely shut down prior to the attempt. This issue does NOT occur if I start Win7 x64 with AfterBurner and CCC disabled, or CCC enabled by itself. Also FWIW, I am currently running AfterBurner in Kernel Mode for voltage control, as Guild Wars 2 will crash-to-desktop if User Mode is selected. RTSS is running while AfterBurner is running as I use the auto-profiler to detect games and load my 3D profile. OSD off/off, Stealth on, App Detection low.

I will post here with any other issues I come across; hopefully this will help the Dev team a little on addressing these problems for the next release.

PS - Ignore my system specs to the left...clearly I haven't posted on Guru in quite some time...haha.
