    well its announced. no info of the settings or story yet.

    looking forward to it, loved every MGS so far (havent played the raiden game yet though :p ).

    open field play certainly sounds good.

    also nice to hear there will be a MGS movie aswell , made by Columbia Pictures and Avi Arad, known from The Amazing Spider-Man, Iron Man and Blade. so should be great. i just hope snake, does look like snake :D

    Apparently it's for PS3/360. Kojima pointed out that the demo run on a PC spec'd at PS3 level.

    i dont think ps3 or 360 will looks this good why would they showcase the engine on a pc if they can just showcase it on a ps3? unless ps3 dont have the capability of rendering this amount of detail which i think it wont be able to. this will definitely come out on pc after console version is released. most likely a multiplatform big hit games like this comes out on xbox theres a big chance it will come out on pc in that way developers can definitely make a lot more money.

    Don't be so sure of it.

    While no release date has been set, it's in development for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

    Well of course it's in development for PC.
    Every single game out there is developed on PCs.

    The engine supports PS3, xbox and PC, i dont see why there wouldnt be a PC version if it wont cost them much extra to develop, especially if they want it to look the best on next gen consoles

    The end of this console cycle is near, so exclusivity does not mean that much... I guess
