Default Asus P5Q Deluxe reset bios everytime no power - 08-13-2012, 21:35 | posts: 732 | Location: ISRAEL

Hi,

If there is electricity outage or i just turn it off from the power supply for couple seconds, then after a turn on the bios will reset everything like if it was overclocked and it says the settings aren't correct.

Now i don't know when it begun or if it's a the new bios that wasn't before, it is still annoying to do it, cause some people doesn't know and it shouldn't be as default, that's why there is the battery to hold it without power. right ?

Any ideas on that ?

Maybe the bios battery is dead.
