So, I'm building an IB configuration and am in a kind of dillemma regarding how to setup my SSD and HDDs the best and safest possbile way.
OS+DOCUMENTS: 80GB SSD
GAMES: Western Digital 2TB SATA-III 7200RPM 64MB Caviar Black HDD
STORAGE: Western Digital 3TB SATA-III 64MB Caviar Green HDD
STORAGE2: Western Digital 1TB SATA-II 7200 RPM 32MB RE3 HDD
BACK-UP: Western Digital 1TB SATA-II 7200 RPM 32MB RE3 HDD
Should I convert the first 3 in GPT, and the last 2 MBR? I want the last 2 to be mirrorred all the time by some sort of backup software(any suggestions?), since I will store there only my most valuable data like pictures, music, savegames etc., but I heard that most do not work right with GPT.
What do you guys think?
PS - The mobo will be a MSI Z77A-GD65 with UEFI.
