Default Razer laptop? - 06-05-2012, 03:58 | posts: 372

Guys, I am thinking about getting a razer laptop but it cost 2.7k with all of the specs listed; really, I am not sure if it's worth my moola. Design-wise, I LOVE IT!

Is there any laptop with similar configuration for less? Thanks.

/shrugs.

what razer laptop?

http://store.razerzone.com/store/raz...oryId.57993900

you mean that? if so then yes, that is a huge waste of money, the 555m is in many other laptops for a fraction of the price

for example http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-m14x-r2/pd.aspx, which is far faster than that and smaller

The Razer Laptop isn't worth the worth it, you can get better laptops for less money the only thing the razer has is the switch blade touch screen which makes the laptop unique.

Don't get sucked into the brand name. This one is a FAIL by Razer.

Dont even consider Razer, go with an alienware m17x with gtx 680 ,if this looks overpriced go for a sager NP9170 + gtx 680 or HD7970 will cost you around 2000 and i dont need to say how these( HD7970 and gtx 680m) performs
