Capcom today confirmed as thus...

A PC version of the game will then arrive "later in 2013".
|
Not sure what to make of this outing but as always Capcom at least gives us a sniff to see if it smells or not.

I'm looking forward to this, happy to hear there's a PC version coming. Capcom usually does a nice job with PC ports, throw in dx11 extra's and all that. =)

Capcom didn't make this game. Capcom gave the development to another company, just like they did with the most recent resident evil game...which was only DX9 ( when RE5 was DX10 ).
So I wouldn't get my hopes up about DX11.

Ninja Theory is doing the main development whereas Capcom publishes and oversees the game, PC version if I remember correctly is being handled by QLOC.
EDIT: Yes it seems the PC version is being done by QLOC.
http://q-loc.com/en/7/news
(They did the PC work on Street Fighter x Tekken it seems.)
(EDIT: Pretty sure this means it'll be a direct port with little added, also tried finding whom were doing the PC work for RE6 but it might be Capcom themselves so that title might have some additions for PC.)
EDIT: But will it be 30 FPS as the console version or 60 or even unlocked?
(We'll see.)

I believe the release date for X360 and PS3 was meant to be tomorrow so it would just have been a ten day delay for the PC version.
(However stores started selling early and it also got uploaded to the net from what I've read.)

There are rumors about that, but I haven't seen anything concrete. I would love this too! LoS was great except for the framerate, especially on the 360.
