Question How do I use Afterburner with my GTX 580? - 05-15-2012, 20:54 | posts: 27

My GTX 580 lightning extreme doesn't show what my Core Voltage is, so I can't overclock it. It just says +0 and I can move it up to +150.

On my GTX 470, my voltage was 1025 and when I wanted to overclock it, I moved it up to 1075 and then increased the Core Clock. Is there any way I can do that with this card? I have that "unlock voltage" box checked off, but it still shows +0.

ugh, that's a stupid new way. i liked the old way, where i could actually see the numbers but alright.

also, this card has a drop down menu where core voltage is. it has memory voltage and aux voltage. do i need to change those too or just the core voltage?

I'd start with just the core voltage first then try to max out the ram clocks afterwards.
ppl can be left alone or you can try to bring it up to see if it helps....i never had any luck on air with the aux thuo.
