I would say Ivy is on par unless you OC higher than normal on water imo.

I would say not worth it, look this bench
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/142?vs=551 Sb-E would be a better investment and you can upgrade to Ib-E 8 core (16 threads)

I`m guessing a majority of those benches react better to the higher stock clock on the 3770k. would be better to see a clock for clock comparison
