Every single store has them out of stock and one of my 580's just died so I'm going to be stuck on a single 580 until the 680's get in stock.

I don't understand how there never seems to be enough supply for the demand? Is it intentional? I'm looking to buy a GPU pretty soon and I'm liking the EVGA 680 with backplate, hopefully by then they will be in stock

I've been waiting for mine for ages. First EVGA couldn't deliver their cards any time soon so the shop offered MSI one for same price. I am still waiting but should get mine next week. There were lots of Palit cards available not so long time ago but I didn't want poorer warranty for same price.

Probably a couple more months until demand is met. I could do with another EVGA 680 but most places are saying 4 weeks at the moment..

Going from 1.5GB to 4GB will make a difference in Skyrim tho No more Stutting and Pink Textures due running out of VRam.

Just waiting for the Arctic Accelero XTREME III and a Non-Reference 4GB 680 to without Stacked PCI-E Connector to fit it on.

But an Asus GTX 680 4GB DirectCU II will do aswell, but i doubt that ever happens.

Actually, they are probably going in the GTX670 due to chips failing/not meeting specs

Cheapest here in Holland is 461 Euro, pretty affordable. And 556 Euro for a 4GB Model.

My local Micro Center (Cincinnati) had three of them in stock yesterday for in store purchase only. Two EVGA Superclocks and one Asus. Checked again today and all three of them have been sold.

I'm guessing they keep getting in a box, so 5-10 cards or so, and they've had most of that count on pre/backorder, and 1-2 left to sell.

And tiger direct has some but they are more expensive than newegg.
Looks like $30.00 plus more than suggested price.
