These might very well be the last drivers I try before getting a GTX 690. Hopefully they will not be ****ty like the past 2 driver releases (12.4 beta & 8.97 Apr. 18)

Driver version and date are slightly older than the 12.4 beta 05.04.2012 vs 18.04.2012

I'll try them out and see if they are any better than the 12.4 beta and hopefully I don't have to use driver sweeper to reinstall everything again.

EDIT: They still make the shadow flicker but they work like the 12.4 beta when i tried unigine 3.0 a couple of times

Do these break everything like 12.3 does?

I'm defo not going AMD again, the cards are great but the drivers hold them back, when you have to wait months for them to fix issues and mostly with Crossfire, just not worth it.

For my two HD 6970 in CFX is working very well, I could say better than 12.3 WHQL and 12.4 beta

No microstuttering in battlefield 3 with these drivers, always turn off ulps

WDM 1.2 is for windows 8. WTF are you talking about?

Windows 7 is WDM 1.1.

I thought the 8.97 was an early 12.5, as the 12.4's are 8.96

I really started falling in love with MLAA 2.0. On The Witcher 2 and Skyrim, it does extremely good job. On BF3, especially in maps without many electrical-wires, metallic pylons ( Caspian Border, Noshar Canals etc ) it does much better job than the in-game FXAA. No blurriness at all and same or even less performance hit. On BF3 unfortunately you still need at least 2x MSAA for the pylons and wires when you're moving, seeing from distance ( Operation Firestorm ).

And the image much better. Obviously the bug we had ( 7xxx series ) was kinda serious. Just join Strike At Karkand and you'll immediately feel it. Also, I had a serious problem when I was getting 45-50FPS when explosions etc, the game was totally unplayable 'cause of the extreme stuttering/slowliness. Now on the same low FPS, behaves smoother.

Now let's see what this babe can do on Adaptive-AA: Super Sampling Anti-Aliasing: Level of Detail (LOD) Image Quality enhancements

P.S. I was talking about 8.97 ( 18 April ). I'll try these official 12.4 and if I won't be satisfied, I'll go back to April 18 ones.
