Working fine for me these, 3DMark11 got a boost, gfx score went from 89 (something), to 9111, and overall score went from 79 (something), to 8064, also got 86 odd in Heaven (85 odd previously, so about an extra frame there), and the games ive got installed also run fine as usual

Simkin its a beta driver. Furthermore the versioning has no effect on the driver. It's probably an early 12.5

Got the same boost in 3dMark11 also. Boost from 8450 to 8610 in Performance and from 2690 to 2760 in Extreme.
Running Unigine Heaven stayed the same (1100-1130 at 1900x1080 everything maxed).
Dirt3 benches stayed the same at 105 at 1900x1080 Ultra.

Didn't notice any weird textures or other problems. Didn't notice any wonky texture filtering either. So far so good.

What's up ATI?
I'm running three 7970''s and I just have as much FPS as I'm running one card...crossfire with two cards runs great, but with thre it's more than poor...every other game like Metro, Far-Cry, F1 2011...are running great...just crysis2 and BF3 are bad. BF3 is not that bad as Crysis2 is, but it's not as good as with two cards!
Well, tri-fire first of all is a bit overkill for games as of now. It's more for benching. Run 2...you won't miss anything. You'll gain in games...and get rid of a headache.

First time poster long time lurker LOL.

But I just installed these over top of the 12.4's doing a custom install and they installed with no issues. Minus the delayed CCC at boot. I may try and do a clean install with the 12.3 whql with working CCC and install these over those to see if it fixes the delayed boot.

I also noticed a increase in 3dmark 11 went from 9.6k to 9.85k

3dmark score

BF3 seems to run about the same for me on a single card.

First time poster and long time lurker too here.

I had the delayed CCC at boot and what I did was install full install of these new beta drivers and then did a custom install of the 12.3 ones only installing the catalyst control center. That seem to have got rid of that annoying bug and overall I'm impressed with these drivers. Gave me a massive boost in Dirt 3.

Just like 12.4, the 2nd GPU on my 6990 gets stuck at 150MHz in game and the 1st GPU does not go above 20% usage, resulting in 15 FPS in all games. I am now going back to 12.3 WHQL.

The boot delay is a bug in CCC. CCC shows up in your lower right task bar at system boot but only thing in it is to launch CCC. You can't change any CCC setting unless you manually launch CCC or wait 5 min. I think this bug happened around 12.1 and was fixed in 12.3 whql.

'bug', launch CCC from the desktop context menu & it will load, i ONLY saw it appear in 12.2, & i kinda liked it since it meant a little faster desktop boot times

JB, you should write the new exes list a little cleaner, i'll do that in a sec... plus you can generate the entire CAP xml with atiapfxx.exe which is what asder was doing

May I ask about crossfire setups and this new driver and more specific about the 2d clocks of the 2nd card?
Are these 500 core/ 150 mem or the usual 300 core / 150 mem.

I refer to the 2nd card in crossfire setups of 7900 series and before running a 3d application!

YawnGaming, it says 12.3 cuz that's the last thing you had installed, it's just a simple reg entry that stores the marketing version, betas do not contain this number

--dx9--
AlanWake.exe
DarknessII.exe
ns2.exe
Reckoning.exe
MassEffect3*.exe
\\Path of Exile\\Client.exe
mount&blade.exe
mb_warband.exe
mb_wfas.exe
WarGame.exe
FirefallClient.exe
Stack.exe
Asura.exe
RRU.exe
XGame.exe

--dx10+--
StarTrekOnline - GameClient.exe
DirtShowdown - rp6_press_demo_2_win_r.exe
F1_2011 - F1_2011.exe
Oil Rush - OilRush.exe

...yadayada, one of the dx10+ dlls is really getting confusing lately (random dx9 stuff in it)

Leo_D3D11.exe
Mecha_D3D11.exe
Ladybug_D3D11.exe
CoreTech2_X64_10.exe
CoreTech2_X64_11.exe
CoreTech2_X86_10.exe
CoreTech2_X86_11.exe

do note some of these were already in caps, speaking of which...

natural selection 2 has CF, stacking has AA disabled just like costume quest since it interferes with the game

you know what just look at the whole xml: http://www.kn00tcn.net/kn-8.97-120418a-CAP.xml

I'm not clueless. Eyefinity sure I can understand that.

But I wasn't talking about Eyefinity then. Also I wasn't even talking to you, no need to get so defensive, as I wasn't attacking him or you....

Had you said Tri fire is for Eyefinity I wouldn't have even posted, but ya i took offence.

BF3 zoomed scope texture flicker and distance texture flicker seems to be gone for me can anyone else confirm. If anyone else had the issue that is.

NVM one could only wish!
