I am a novice at overclocking .... I overclocked using the asus turbov evo suite.
My geekbench score is 12480 and my cinebench score is over 7 .. my speed is 4.1 ghz when i read it from evo suite but when i use other programs it says 3.5 or 3.6 ......... how can i get an accurate reading ......are these good benchmark scores.... I spent a lot of money on this i7 2700k processor I hope they are pretty good........Peter, Kansas

The readings are accurate.
Clockspeed changes depending on load.

It will perform the same as other peoples machines at the same speed unless your ram isnt set up correctly.
Make sure it is running dual channel, check with CPU-z, memory tab.
