690/2x gpu: way too early
685/gk110: perfect, still somewhat early for that
670: most likely that, but i don't see why they're hyping it

I'm thinking it's the 690, unless the hype is for an affordable 660/670.

A misinterpreted label based off of uneducated speculation
He means the GK110, which will be the fastest GPU on the GTX6 lineup. "Full" Kepler won't happen until the GTX7 series.

links, proof? and if you want to talk "uneducated", running a 680 with a C2Q at 3.4 is not the best decision bro

Easy pilgrim. While not ideal, I'm pretty sure running a 680 on a C2Q at 3.4ghz isnt all that bad.

I thought it was already confirmed that it's the GTX 670 since the v301.25 drivers contained only entries for the GTX 680 and as-yet-unreleased GTX 670. I'd be surprised if it was anything else to be honest.

When he gets mad, he likes to insult other people's rig like it's some sort of indication of how well they understand computers. Give him time, he'll come around eventually

using rumors as a basis for an argument is an uneducated guess or speculation.
It didn't become an insult until you made it one.

It turns out that the cryptic picture posted on NVIDIA GeForce Facebook page indeed is a teaser for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690, a dual-GPU graphics card based on two GK104 GPUs.
