i know this is pushing the boat out but has anyone ever been here to take photos of the events?

i wanted to know if they allow cameras for all events and if their are good low view points to capture some good pictures

I've been to silverstone and I had my camera with me. you can find some decent spots but the best spots, nearest to the race track will be restricted to professional photographers with an access pass. still, give it a go, one thing for sure, they will not turn you away from the gates if you carry a big camera.

hmm thanks mate, these professional photographers areas any idea how much they are to use?

its only £15 to get in so ill take along my 550d + 70-200 L + 17-50 this should get the me coverage i need
