Which one of these has the better and faster converter?

Intel has the new feature for 2nd generation i cores to convert vids faster while as you should know gpu encoding has been in use for quite some time now.

Anyone did benches for this?

what more important is how is Nvidia going to make money if rumours are true about all three next gen consoles using AMD cards and AMD CPU's.

Off topic I know but still, I am worried for Nvidia.
