I'll post an inf soon, have to say though, seeing it's only meant to be compatible with the 680 makes installing this a little uncomfortable

Yes I did. That's when during installation, screen goes blank then comes back and says it failed.
What I did though that is now fixed is disable driver enforcement or whatever it's called in the Windows bootup. Seemed to solve it.

Personally I think anyone that isn't able to manage the 30 seconds it takes to modify your own nv_disp.inf, shouldn't be using them.

Could someone test this with older games? I thought they won't work if nvidia didn't use anything less than x50 in the driver version.

I didn't modify it. I used the person's link above ^
All I had to do was disable the Driver Signature Enforcement that you can do while booting Windows.
Oh btw, very good drivers. Adaptive vertical sync and FXAA works. Frame rate is awesome. No pink screen of death so far on these drivers compared to the 290s...
EDIT: Nope, still get the PSOD. Son of bitch!

INF for x64 Vista/7 International (for all videocards, including gtx680)
INF for x86 Vista/7 International (for all videocards, including gtx680)
P.S. I just added to his native INF from 301.10 drivers support all video cards, and not thrown from the old drivers INF =)
