Problems with MSI Radeon HD 6990 (GPU2) -

Hi everyone, before calling tech support for MSI decided to write here, maybe I'm just doing something wrong. Here's my desktop:
MB: Asus Rampage III Extreme
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 24GB (6x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Kit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 960 @ 3.71Ghz
GPU: MSI Radeon HD 6990
OS: Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
PSU: Ultra X4 1600-Watt
Got all latest drivers and bios for MB, and all latest drivers and CCC from ATI, windows has all latest updates installed.
So here's what my problems are so far:
1. Afterburner and Kombustor
1.1 In afterburner
- it doesn't display Driver Version
- it doesn't display GPU2 temperature only GPU1 (though I clearly remember it did before when I tested it when I just got the card and I had stock drivers from the disk)

1.2 In Kombustor
- it shows weird stuff in the information about drivers
Renderer: ATI Radeon HD 6970 Series (0 GPU Cores)
Memory size: -2048MB
Drivers: (though they are up to date, it's saying i's outdated 11-9-2011)

1.3 In Kombustor
- While performing a test again GPU2 info is missing. But it's showing that GPU2 is loaded, but only on openGL! Not in DX

Also when I play a game with eyefinity, sometime my mynitors go off, I hear the windows sound like device is being disconnected, then reconnected and the monitors appear again. I can record a video how it happens, but I think it's because of the issues I described above.
Please help me here and maybe it's just my own paranoia that there's something wrong, maybe not. Thank you

Ok so the Afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 9 fixed the problems with the GPU2 temperature, now I can see it! Sweet!
Now, for some reason GPU2 is not used when in DX benchmark or games, is it supposed to be this way?
Although Kombustor still shows same details as in screenshot, I don't really worry about it now. In the benchmark it shows the GPU2 temp and if I use openGL - the usage of the GPU2

Don't think that I changed anything temeprature monitoring related in any 2.2.0 betas. in fact it has not been changed since v1.0.0, sounds like a placebo or some side effect for me.

Here's a few new screenshots of benchmark in DX and in openGL. What may be the cause of GPU2 not working in DX? Most games are DirectX and my guess that if 2nd GPU is not in use this 6990 card may be even slower than overclocked 6970 that is single core.
Hmm... have anyone had problems like mine? Just interested if I'm the only one.
P.S. Should I create another topic in video card or drivers forum?
thank you

P.S. Just ran a few games in eyefinity. Even DX games seems to be runnung with both GPUs, maybe it's Kombustor thing that it doesn't want to use 2nd GPU on DX... everything looks nice now, all settings are displayed in Afterburner and it can track the temperature.
Now only one issue remains, for some reasons, my monitors turn off when I run games in eyefinity, then I hear windows sound like one of the devices being disconnected, then like the device is connected again, then my monitors come back. And it keeps happening. Please help.
Again, maybe it's a good idea to ask this question in video card or drivers section? Thank you!
