Love it AND hate it. because 4 was a really really bad port for pc.

BUT it wasnt a bad game though (completed it on the PS3), though dumbed down from SA. also some mods really are awesome!

still im sure ill get this. bought every one of them lol

also i wonder what delay the PC will get this time.

If Rockstar is serious about this they better run to DICE and buy a Frostbyte2 license for this. Another bad GTA port will pi** off the last diehard pc fans that havent given up hope yet.

I never thought GTAIV was that bad a port, but more that it was just a rather inefficient engine that seemed to being rendering and calculating more than it should of.

Max Payne 3 although linear, should give us a clue to how much the engine has progressed though, and hopefully that, and this will be DX10/11 like the drivers suggest.

Love the GTA's, 4 was a bad port, But still loved it, hope they do a good job with this, i'm sure it will be awsome!!!

the PC is getting a hell of a lot of Buzz about it now, much more than when GTA4 was hitting the scenes, so I would expect a more optimized job.... also, The hardware people have now on a whole is far greater than when gta4 was released, so this can only bode well!!

Unless they decide to make the min specs super silly and ridiculous....

Well it's starting to get "trendy", as well as many console only gamers noticing that nearly every trailer for multi-platform games has PC FOOTAGE written at the bottom.

Also, and while it might not be the best reason ever to do it, i wouldn't be surprised if many developers are using PC games as practice for the next gen consoles.

I'm sure a tweaked DX11 version of the GTAIV Rage engine could look and run very well, considering it could well be a while away anyway.

I'm a bit more interested what they have done graphics wise.
I can't imagine a major step up but I guess in the details we could see quite an improvement. One guess would be better reflections (cars, wet surfaces etc)
