I'm playing WoW and the beta until the game is officially released.....hopefully it won't be too much longer.... Too bad my GTX275 can't handle it at my desired settings.

ive done about everything i can in the beta. ive gotten all the classes to their highest level except for the witch doctor. i just hit level 10 earlier today. but i have to say my 3 favorite classes are the barbarian, monk and demon hunter. hopefully it wont be too much longer before this gets released. imo, blizzard has done a good job with it.

Do you know why the graphics are so fail looking? I am hoping that this is just for the beta

what you see, is more than likely what youll get in the release. there will be no dx11, no shiny eye candy, tesselation, or anything to blow your wad over. i dont play games for the graphics. never have, never will. so if d3 has kept my attention this far and its only in beta, then i can imagine how much time will be spent once i actually get this game.

My monk is level 11....my witch doctor is lvl9 and my wizard(?) is level8....I've got a new demon hunter and I'll start a barbarian next. So far, my favorite is the monk.

With Blizzard games, it's not about the graphics in any way....it's purely about the story and gameplay. Personally, I think the graphics look fine....

"Retailers will not know a date until its officially announced through a press release," Bashiok writes on Twitter, adding "We can't really keep every individual retail shop from making up a date."

BestBuy better be praying it hits shelves on Feb 1... This reminds me of GameStop taking pre-orders for Duke Nukem in anticipation of it's launch....that most of us thought would never actually come.

I haven't seen any bugs in the beta yet...though I'm sure they're in there somewhere....and Blizzard did say they were looking at a Q1 launch when it was delayed a few months ago.

ive leveled up every character class to the max 13 and now im just waiting for release. Every few days I'll do a run through of the skeleton king just cause the combat is so satisfying... it just feels good to slaughter the mobs of enemies

I've never played any of the Diablo series of games, but all the hype surrounding Diablo III has me intrigued to say the least.

I like action RPGs in general, so I think I will definitely like Diablo III.

I'd like it even more if they updated the graphics a bit more though.. For a PC only release, the graphics in this game look dated ..

Bashiok has now retracted his comments concerning a Q1 launch.

http://www.diablofans.com/

He has changed his answer to 'early 2012', which could mean anything.

The original Q1 projection wasn't from Bashiok....It was from Blizzard management and was never a "firm" release schedule, but more a desired target based on development.

I pre-ordered it online from Futureshop because that was the only place I could find the Collector's Edition available. Considering how long Blizzard take with their releases I'm afraid I might move out of this home before the game is launched... then I'll have to modify my order and if that's not possible I'll have to pay to have my mail forwarded to a new address.
