Advice on a bridge camera

Greetings Gurus !

I would like to buy a bridge camera but I lack technical knowledge in photography.

Priorities :

I have miniatures (warhammer) and I would like to be able to take nice macro shoots.
Other nature macro shoots like flowers.
Landscapes.

I'm willing to put 200-300 €. I want something easy that doesn't require 20 accessories to use.

Take a look at the NIKON Coolpix L120

It's around £200 here and awsome for the money..

Some Nikon collpixes actually do timelapses as well. Great value.

I believe there's a newer model out now (FZ48?) but I Still use the Panasonic FZ38 bridge camera, aweseome bit of a kit & it will certainly do what you want & a hell of alot more!

I checked the NIKON Coolpix L120. Seems nice but it lacks a li-ion battery.

It's just that it's a dream camera I hope to own someday.

If I really wanted it I would have to save up for a couple of months...

I've got the Canon S5 is.. I know it's old, but still does the job really nice..
I got a used "kit" (well barely used, maybe 1000 pics) for 150€

Including:
Canon S5 is
wide-converter lens
sun blocker
8 Eneloop batteries
Charger
4gb sd card
and a bag

Works like a charm for that money..
One great thing, that I love about it is that the LCD screen can be rotated and closed completely..

It's great for taking macro shots, cause you don't need to lay on the ground, also it can be closed, so no risk of scratching it..
Personally for me, an absolute MUST from now on..

I bought a refurb cannon from Cannon Direct on ebay, cost me £180 and is the Powershot SX20 IS model, does everything I need and has a great set of features.

I used to own the S3 iS, it was great while I had it, but image quality was a little so so. I use a panasonic lumix LX3 now and I love it. Doesn't have much zoom or anything but is great for Macro's, has a really nice f2 leica lens on it, is better than most small cameras in low light and is just really fun to use.

Do miss the swivel screen though.
