I have a question concerning nVidia's 3D Vision.

Does it also work with non-nVidia glasses? Because I can't get it to work with my Panasonic 3D plasma TV and Panasonic glasses.

This is what I tried:
Connected my PC with the 3D TV using HDMI.
Installed latest nVidia drivers (275.33), including the 3D driver components.
Then I opened the nVidia control panel, set up the 3D mode (the test worked with my glasses) and changed the resolution from 2D HD 1080p (60Hz) to 3D HD 1080p (24Hz).
Then I started Alice Madness Returns, enable the 3D mode in the options, switched on my glasses and started the game.

Result: no 3D! Alice played in 2D just as before, except with an extremely low framerate (24 fps). I tried pressing the 3D button on the tv's remote, but it didn't seem to recognize it as a 3D signal.

Anything I did wrong? Will it only work with nVidia glasses or a 120Hz 3D monitor?

You need to install 3dtv play if you plan to use hdmi1.4a 3d.
Also mind that 3d over hdmi needs at least hdmi 1.3c cable, hdmi1.4a isn't really needed.
Also the only available modes for 3d over hdmi are 720p @ 60hz (120hz) and 1080p @ 23hz.
3dtvplay is available as a 14 days trial over nvidia website. Also you may want to google 3dtvplay updated utility which adds support for other TVs.

I'm using an acer hs244hq bmii with his own glasses and without 3dtv play it doesn't work.

I just figured it out myself.
I installed the 3DTV 14d trial and it works perfectly, but for some games work better than others. The 24Hz limitation sucks though.

Thx for the replies.
