Hi guys,

I was looking to upgrade my ram from 4Gb to 8Gb on my computer.

My motherboard is an AsusTek P5G41T-M LX (SPECS here

I was wondering if someone could kindly confirm if this RAM was compatible with the above board?

here is the ram:

That ram isnt on the motherboard´s memory qvl list. So the way you know for sure if its supported is email asus about the concern. Also there are a few 4gb kits that are supported...see the qvl list a try to choose one of those instead if you dont mind. Also make sure to have 2 free slots on the motherboard. Also make sure that the ram you already have is running at 1333mhz or else with four sticks the ram will run at the speed of the slower ram, which might be 1066 or 800mhz. Also the motherboard might run by default the 1333mhz ram at a lower speed(which you can overclock). Also on 775 socket with maximum memory supported you cpu overclockability will suffer.
