hi, Well the latest installment of 11.4 preview driver is by far the best peformer in 3dmark 11 for my setup. this result using 8.841.0.0 11.4 preview (April 5th) http://3dmark.com/3dm11/1037517 3DMark 11 Score 7073 (huge performance boost using direct compute on the simulated cloth physics bench. it normally stutterrs a bit on that level but using these drivers it was very smooth.) Unfortunaltey they are an EPIC FAIL on 3D mark vantage, there is major screen flicker on Jane Nash level, didint try it further as it looked painful to watch. its not just this benchmark which got huge gains with Direct compute I do rendering with 3DS Max, and on the fly physics preview rendering and real time rendering is extreamly sped up with these drivers, I also installed the new openCL 2.4 package somebody linked on the page here I dunno why, but very, very, very sped up
agreed direct cumpute is actually doing what it should which is accelerating apps. maybe they found the ON button lol
yeah 3DS Max with Momemtum 2.0 addon does Bullet Physics Before it worked so-so, but since this update it works amazing, I can even do physics on 1000+ pieces of hair at a time and it doesn't cause slowdown
well ive just installed 11.3 cap3 and that solved the flickerring on jane nash, however it now flickers on the physics tests

It's registry for sure, try to clean or restore your system(clean install) You can try Radeon Pro, just create profile and run it from program...
something with future-mark went screwy, it was locking up my desktop when I opened it. uninstalled/re-install all is well. Deck.
