Dear friends, moderators, fellow Guru's and Hilbert. The long arm of the law is indeed long. The scammer and thief that was Kylzer aka DSK, real name Kyle Alexander SHELLABEAR born 02/03/1990 has been arrested and charged by Grampian police. The charges are in respect of a theft of £200 from me and theft of a similar value from another chap at Novatech forum. The original sale thread is here: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=320324 It is almost a year since the theft, but I have kept in constant contact with the Officer dealing with these matters and spent a great deal of time preparing my statements and evidence. He is on bail to Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday 24 March 2011 and life couldn't be better. I would love to wax lyrical about how good it feels to know that Justice will be seen to be done. SO I will, I deserve it. The lowlife thieving scum will be getting his just desserts. It feels so absolutely bloody brilliant when a someone who won all our trust gets caught like this. It's been a slog but is so worth the effort. I hope he was thinking it had all gone away and is now really, really, really pissed off, upset and afraid about what will happen next. Please feel free to add your thoughts but don't get carried away I don't want this to get closed to soon before people have the chance to have their say as well. *smiles smugly to self* *giggles* *laughs out loud* I will of course keep this thread updated as the court case progresses. I would be remiss if I didn't once again offer a big thank you to everyone at Guru3D for their help at the time and after. Its weird... I have talked alot with the guy... Played alot of L4D with him... to see him get this "low" is something weird when you go along with someone quite nicely... I feel sad for the guy, sad that he scammed two people for... well not nothing... 400 bucks... I am glad that you didn't lose your trust in humanity and wish you all the best

WB Cyber wondered where you went. I hated Kylzer, lol, even the name made me angry when I knew him, putting a z in your name doesn't make it cool. Bought/Sold to/from him a couple times just lucky I wasn't the one who got stung. Glad to see this has been chased up and karma swinging back in his face
Fantastic news, Hallryu! It's great to see someone taking the time and effort to bring down idiots like this. You just did the Internet a small, but important favour. Hopefully he has learned his lesson. I'm glad to have been of some help!
Nicely done mate. He was never the brightest of chaps so not sure why he thought he could get away with it.
