i have a nokia n900. it supports flash 9.4 completely, and partial support for flash 10.1 using a free tweak.
android phones running on froyo (android 2.2) should have full flash 10.1 implemented into the default browser. off the top of my head, the two that come to mind are the google nexus one and the dell streak. not too sure about samsung galaxy s, i think they had a bug in the 2.2 update but the update should be rereleased soon.
with my n900, i had to overclock it to 1ghz to get it to run youtube videos smoothly. if you dont want to overclock, best to get one of the android phones. most of them are running at 1ghz by default, with a few overclockable to 1.3ghz.

Any Android phone with at least Snapdragon, TI 1 ghz cpu, or Hummingbird with Android 2.2 Froyo will run full Adobe flash 10. The HD2 is a Windows 6.5 phone that has a 4.3 inch screen and Snapdragon cpu inside of it, and can easily run android on it's own without needing Windows at all. I suggest that phone, because the HD2 is cheaper since it's older, but the dev community for it gives it a lot more support compared to some companies.(AHEM, Samsung.)

first of all ... you can oc a phone????? i mean how??? anyways... so can you visit the website that i mentioned??? i only have to buy a new phone for browsing the website only... and since i can't merely browse it through my phone i assume its because of the lack of flash support.. since www.dsebd.org looks like its heavily dependent on flash support..

The HTC HD2 is a GSM Windows Mobile 6.5 device. 4.3 inch screen, and runs Snapdragon SoC clocked at 1ghz(998 actual). The device normally runs WM6.5, but Android can be installed onto the phone along side, or completely replace WM6.5. If you're interested in it, look here.

Aside from the HD2, there is the Nexus One, or the Desire that should be available for you. I would advise not going to a Samsung product.

I have a HD2 phone for over 6 months now and its great. It runs Windows Mobile by default but you can install any Android you can find.
I run NAND version.
But still i wouldnt recommend that phone to you.
Its a hassle to have to install Android and battery gives away pretty quickly.
So i would recommend you to get HTC Desire or Desire HD,maybe Nexus One or Nexus S(Samsung).
They are all Android by default so no hassle from installing it over Windows Mobile, like in HD2 case.
But beware, most of those phones are top notch,so they can be quite costly.
Oh,yes and Dell Streak!Check that one out!
Quite a beast of a phone!

Of course it will. It has a huge 4.3 inch LCD. Galaxy S phones are no better, nor is the HD. The Galaxy S battery needs to power the Super AMOLED, and the HD is in the same boat as the HD2. All of them have lower battery outputs.
