Been using these for almost two years now, and with the latest update, just wow. It allows 1080p content to play flawlessly, but not only that, we get rid of halos, debanding, sharpen just the right amoutn. Stutter, Jitter, all gun, smooth playback.

Note: NVIDIA benefits greatly due to CUDA support by CoreAVC, ATi...DXVA..not as good, but better than nothing.

Honestly, my images were semi-blurry, even 1080p sources, but after-configuring as the guide shows...crisp, clear, looks like it's on a TV, like it's supposed to be.

It's a huge difference, night and day. This really only applies to Anime watches, as the guides configure settings for those.

hmm, interesting... thanks for the tip!

i might try it when i grab coreavc. dont think my cpu could handle frame interpolation plus all these post processing effects.

have you tried the frame interpolation avisynth script yet? been using it to bump up the framerate to 60fps. its a mixed bag with anime since most anime series are drawn in 15fps or so and then doubled up/interpolated to 24fps, but with some anime it works well and makes it smoother.

No, I don't use AviSynth, I wanted to use the deband from it, but couldn't get the plugin working for some reason, but I hear it's good.

I then forced 16xAA Super-Sampling on my video, AF, all that, looks brilliant now, since the GPU is rendering it with CoreAVC, it does improve the image.

MadVR is a powerful new renderer, with incredible quality. I also use ReClock for Direct audio off my sound card.

It's a world of difference man, it looks like it does on the TV now.
