Hy there my Fellows...
Mr. Orbmu2k gave me his FBE (Fermi Bios Editor) with what u can change the Bios of the Fermis, GTX460, etc etc..
Since its non Public i cant share this Tool..
But i am willing to help u guys out..
So, if u want something changed in your Bios, or want higher Volatges avaiable in Afterburner..Post here and ask, i will Help u guys out..
Always be there for the Guruīs...
Here are a few Screens of what is Possible:

I will only do this for people who know what they are doing. You know the deal.....Its not my Fault if something went wrong when u flash it..
U can take the Pic and edit it so i know what u guys want, if something is not possible, i will say that before....
Anyway, i hope u guys appreciate what im doing...
Greetings, BetA13
Edit: im going to update this Thread in the next few days, with an explonation of what everything is and what its stand for. like Voltage Entrys, P00 states, Why it says STay Unknown, Where the shader MHZ is, etc etc..SO everyone knows in the end what everything stands for..
And THX to Orbmu2k for trusting me and giving me his Tool...
What i need from you, is a copy or backuzp of your Bios so i can edit it...
How? no Problem, load the latest GPU-Z from TechPowerUps, and under the Nvidia Logo is a Button there u can Save your bios, thats all i need...

Can you change my fan speed from 40% to 30%? Nothing else, just fan speed.
I've attached my Gainward GTX460 1GB Gs GLH BIOS extracted with GPU-Z 0.4.6 (rename it to bin from txt).
Thanks in advance.

There is a reason why minimum you can set is 30%. Lower may completely stop pwm fans from working.
from http://www.google.de/url?sa=t&source...FpRmJovh735Pvg
Quote:
Minimum Fan Speed Requirements
The vendor shall specify the minimum RPM and the corresponding PWM duty cycle. This
specified minimum RPM shall be 30% of maximum RPM or less. The fan shall be able to start
and run at this RPM. To allow a lower specified minimum RPM, it is acceptable to provide a
higher PWM duty cycle to the fan motor for a short period of time for startup conditions. This
pulse should not exceed 30% maximum RPM and should last no longer than 2 seconds. See
Figure 2.

your 30% is 1200rpm, mine 20% is ~1500rpm, so i bet 10% would be like ~1000rpm.. also card on cold boot start at ~40% so i belive 10% for me will be fine, testing soon
Tested: bios work fine, afterburner reporting fan speed droping to 10% but looks like fan power control is unable to lower fan speed lower then ~1500rpm on leadtek card...

well I checked my Fan at 40% is 1950rpm and at 20% is working at 1350 rpm and work fine at that speed and by reducing the fan speed from 40% to 20% the idle temperature
only increased from 37c to 40c which is something that i can live with it

is there a possibility to let the fan spin harder than 100%? let's say 120%?
I don't care about the noise; I only care about max cooling.

Here is the bios. You will need to rename it *.bin. Again, if you could please set the minimum fan to 30% that would be great!
