Certainly interesting, but almost all those shots look like they are CG. I guess if you like that kind of stuff then it's fine. To me it just makes them look strange.

HDR can look great if done in moderation, its just that some photos look as though someone has just thrown up over my screen.
I do like vivid colours, but like it to enhance and not destroy.

This was done for a bit of a laugh.
I was out with my dog and camera, and saw this guy ploughing the field.
I asked him if it was ok if i took a few photos, and he said i could.
Started to do about half a dozen and the heavens opened, so went home.
This was done with a single RAW file, and pushed and pulled 2 stops in DPP, then adjusted to the extremes (almost) in photomatix. Its got halos all over it, but who cares.

shot with a cheap fujifilm a few years ago
new to photo editing i know its over done but that seems to be what you kindof do in hdr for that not so real look
